Job Description : VP FACILITIES ANGOLA FOR OIL AND GAS Develop and implement facilities strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage capital projects, renovations, and budgets. Implement sustainability initiatives to enhance energy efficiency. Supervise vendor and contractor relationships for quality service. Develop emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations. Ensure a safe and productive work environment through cross-department collaboration. Lead compliance efforts for workplace safety and accessibility. Mentor and manage facilities teams to drive continuous improvement. VP of Facilities Management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of facilities management experience, including 5+ in leadership. Expertise in building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with sustainability and workplace efficiency programs. Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or LEED Accreditation. Experience managing multi-site or global facilities.
