Operating out of the corporate Centre of Excellence (COE) for Maintenance & Reliability, this role is responsible for setting the technical strategy, standards, and governance framework for mechanical static and rotating equipment, and for driving sustained improvement in asset reliability, availability, and lifecycle cost across all plants. The role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence, standardize, and build capability across a multi-site organization without direct line authority over plant teams We are looking for an experienced Chief General Manager – Mechanical to lead Corporate Mechanical Maintenance within the Centre of Excellence (COE) – Maintenance & Reliability.
