Job Description : Pasta Plant Manager Location- East Africa Experience - 8+ years in Pasta plant Qualification- Graduate Industry- Food processing Responsibilities: a) Manage end-to-end pasta manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved. b) Oversee the complete production process, including mixing, extrusion, drying, packaging, and inventory management while optimizing productivity and minimizing waste. c) Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and all regulatory requirements. d) Lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams, driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability. e) Monitor plant KPIs, control manufacturing costs, and coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
