Job Description : | Head of Financial Reporting & Consolidation KENYA Experience: 15+ years We're looking for a finance leader who has built their career in a small to mid-sized organization, where they've had the opportunity to work hands-on across multiple finance functions and drive reporting excellence. What we're looking for: Ø Strong expertise in financial reporting, group consolidation, and statutory reporting Ø Experience managing financial reporting across multiple international geographies Ø Deep understanding of IFRS/Ind AS and global accounting standards Ø Proven ability to manage complex consolidations involving multiple entities and currencies Ø Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to solve complex reporting challenges Ø Experience partnering with auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Ø Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
