FACILITY HEAD

Job Description : FACILITY HEAD DUBAI 20+ years experience Engaging and managing (senior) stakeholders and suppliers in relation to the above areas Managing all Capex budget and Opex budget for facilities Work with the procurement team and external consultants on rent reviews and contract negotiations for all of our properties, inclusive of third party managed property (warehouses) Promoting the inclusion of Facilities in relevant projects restaurant and building refurbishment through effectively networking with key senior strategic management within the Company Provide onsite event supervision Liaison to Facilities Management Department Provide support for varsity coaches Annual rent budget planning, tracking and forecasting Provide real estate services including Ensure properties are insured appropriately working with Finance and Insurance underwriters Qualifications for head facilities BA degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred Experienced general facilities management pedigree with experience in both hard and soft FM Extensive facilities/project management experience (>6 years) with a preference of some experience in retail Experience of forming and managing effective Stakeholder and Supplier relationships Ability to deliver tangible results whilst working in a high pressure and ever changing environment Good capability to prioritize and focus on deliverables
