Job Description : API PLANT MANAGER IRELAND Open to International candidates Qualification: B.Tech – Chemical Engineering ? Experience: 20+ years of experience in API Manufacturing ? Experience in reputed API pharmaceutical manufacturing companies only is mandatory ? Strong expertise in API plant operations, production planning and process optimisation ? Sound knowledge of GMP, EHS, quality systems and regulatory requirements ? Proven experience in managing large-scale API manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams ? Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end API plant manufacturing operations • Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved • Drive productivity, yield improvement, capacity utilisation and cost optimisation • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS and statutory requirements • Monitor plant performance, process efficiency and operational KPIs • Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, EHS and Supply Chain teams • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives • Manage plant resources, manpower and operational budgets • Lead and develop high-performing plant teams
