Job Description : GM – QUALITY CONTROL IRELAND Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience We are looking for an experienced GM – Quality Control to lead QC operations for animal-derived products and ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements ? Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. ? Experience: 20+ years of experience in Quality Control – Animal Products ? Experience in reputed vaccine manufacturing companies only is mandatory ? Strong expertise in QC operations, analytical testing and laboratory management ? In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, regulatory requirements and quality systems ? Experience in handling analytical method validation, stability studies, investigations and OOS/OOT management ? Proven leadership experience in managing large QC teams and laboratories ? Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and inspection readiness Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations for animal-derived products • Establish and maintain robust QC systems and laboratory practices • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and applicable regulatory requirements • Oversee analytical testing, method validation, stability studies and specifications • Review and manage OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA • Ensure laboratory readiness for regulatory and customer inspections • Drive continuous improvement in QC processes, systems and laboratory efficiency • Lead, mentor and develop the QC team • Collaborate closely with QA, Manufacturing, R&D and Regulatory functions
