Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Corporate Office – Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Industry Preference: Power, Energy, Distillery, or Heavy/Large-Scale Manufacturing Experience Level: 21–35+ years in corporate finance and financial leadership Reporting To: Chairman Managing Director / Board of Directors Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to head the overall financial management, corporate governance, and capital allocation strategies for our operations at the Corporate Office in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will come from continuous-process heavy industries—such as Power, Renewable Energy, Distillery/Bio-fuels, or Large Scale Manufacturing. You will be responsible for aligning financial strategy with rapid business growth, managing large capital expenditures (CapEx), optimizing working capital, maintaining institutional bank relations, and enforcing robust financial controls. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: Minimum 21+ years of post-qualification finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a CFO or Head of Finance role. Location: Must be willing to reside/relocate to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Compensation : Best in the Industry
