Job Description : Supply Chain Manager | Gabon ???????? | Oil & Gas Paragon is supporting an international Oil & Gas Operator with the appointment of an experienced French-speaking Supply Chain Manager to join its leadership team in Port-Gentil, Gabon. This is a senior, residential position with full family expatriate status, offering a tax-free expat package including accommodation and schooling. As a member of the Management Committee, you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function across: • Contracts & Procurement • Logistics – road, air and marine • Materials Management, warehousing & inventory • Customs & Transit • Real Estate & Business Services You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and take responsibility for supply-chain strategy, complex contracts and supplier relationships, operational performance, cost efficiency, HSSE and the reliable delivery of critical goods and services to the business. We’re particularly interested in speaking with candidates who offer: • 15+ years of Supply Chain / C&P / operational management experience • Strong Oil & Gas or other asset-intensive, safety-critical industry experience • Significant Contracts & Procurement capability, including tendering, negotiation and supplier management • Broad exposure to logistics, materials, inventory, warehousing and customs • Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams • Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management capability • Fluent French and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment This could be particularly interesting for a senior Contracts & Procurement leader who has progressed into broader Supply Chain leadership, as well as established end-to-end Supply Chain Managers.
