Job Description : :VP – VACCINE MANUFACTURING IRELAND Open to International candidates Key Requirements ? Qualification: M.Pharm / BVSc / MVSc ? Experience: 20+ years of experience in Vaccine Manufacturing ? Experience in reputed vaccine manufacturing companies only is mandatory ? Strong expertise in end-to-end vaccine manufacturing operations ? In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems and manufacturing excellence ? Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities and cross-functional teams ? Strong leadership, strategic planning and operational decision-making skills Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end vaccine manufacturing operations • Drive production efficiency, capacity utilisation and operational excellence • Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory and quality requirements • Lead manufacturing strategy, technology transfer and scale-up initiatives • Manage production planning, resources, costs and operational performance • Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, Engineering and Regulatory teams • Drive continuous improvement, productivity and cost optimisation • Build and develop high-performing manufacturing leadership teams • Ensure timely delivery of quality products in line with business objectives
