Experience in Chief of Staff, CEO Office, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, PMO, or Management Consulting ? Proven experience working closely with CEOs, Founders, or Executive Leadership Teams ? Strong expertise in strategic planning, business performance, executive reporting, governance, and cross-functional program execution ? Experience managing high-impact initiatives across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Technology ? Outstanding analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills ? Prior experience within Luxury Hospitality, Hotels, Lifestyle, Premium Retail, or Luxury Brands is highly preferred ? MBA from a reputed institution is an advantage ?
