Job Description : Head of Finance / CFO Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: Competitive / Best in Market Industry: Engineering & Manufacturing (Automation & Instrumentation) Key Responsibilities Lead overall financial performance, long-term strategic planning, and performance management across the enterprise. Optimize end-to-end treasury operations, short- and long-term cash flow planning, and capital structure. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with major regional and international banking institutions. Serve as a commercial advisor to executive management, driving strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies. Requirements 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with deep domain expertise in high-volume industrial or engineering environments. Chartered Accountant (CA) credential is required. Strong track record in Treasury Management, Banking Operations, and cash optimization. Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or EPC sectors. Exceptional commercial acumen and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
