Job Description : GM OPERATIONS CARIBBEAN lead and scale its end-to-end supply chain. This is a leadership role with complete ownership of sourcing, planning, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and operational excellence while working closely with the founders. Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across sourcing, planning, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment ???? Manage 3PL warehouse partners, improve inventory accuracy, and drive fulfilment efficiency ???? Optimise last-mile delivery, logistics costs, and reverse logistics while improving customer experience ???? Build robust demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes across D2C, marketplaces, and retail ???? Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimisation, quality systems, and lead-time reduction ???? Build and lead high-performing operations teams while implementing scalable systems and operational metrics Must Have: ???? 18+ years of operations and supply chain experience in consumer brands ???? Strong experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or omnichannel/D2C businesses ???? Hands-on expertise managing 3PL warehouses, logistics partners, and supply chain operations at scale ???? Strong analytical, inventory planning, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimisation capabilities ???? Experience leading teams and building scalable operational processes in high-growth environments
