Job Description : Head – R&D, NPD & Innovation (VP Level)POLAND Open to International candidates A leading Flexible Packaging & CPP Films organization is looking for a seasoned R&D leader to drive Product Innovation, New Product Development, Sustainability, and Technology Excellence. Key Requirements: ? 20+ years of experience in Flexible Packaging, Films, Laminates, or Packaging Industry ? Strong expertise in CPP, BOPP, BOPET, PE Structures, Barrier Technologies, Extrusion & Lamination ? Proven track record in New Product Development and Commercialization ? Experience in Sustainable Packaging Solutions and Innovation Management ? Leadership experience in R&D, Technical Services, or Innovation functions Key Responsibilities: • Lead R&D, NPD, and Innovation strategy • Drive development of advanced packaging solutions • Improve CPP film formulations and manufacturing efficiency • Develop sustainable and recyclable packaging products • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams • Build and lead a high-performing R&D team This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the future of packaging innovation while working closely with senior management.
