Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD NORTH INDIA 20+ years experience CTC 1 CR+ Strategizing, planning, goal setting and leading teams; - Leading to achieve revenue, market share, profitability and other strategic objectives; - Experience of continuous improvement of market shares and revenue management goals. - Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment. - Provide leadership and operational directives to all functions / departments of SBU ensuring efficient and effective work planning, allocation, achievement of targets and performance as per Budget approved. - Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstandings. - Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system. - Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network. - Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses. Desired Candidate Profile : --- ** The Incumbent can handle challenges from business and people leadership perspective and can establish another milestone in growth of business. ** Management Reporting ** Must have handled large team of experienced professionals. ** Prior experience as Profit Centre head is Must.
