Job Description : General Manager Manufacturing Excellence POLAND Open to International candidates Key Responsibilities : ? Drive Manufacturing Excellence strategy aligned with business objectives ? Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM & Continuous Improvement initiatives ? Improve OEE, Productivity, Cost, Quality, and Overall Plant Performance ? Drive Industrial Engineering, Line Balancing, Time & Motion Studies, and Value Engineering projects ? Champion Six Sigma, DMAIC, A3, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Capability improvements ? Lead Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Automation & Digital Manufacturing initiatives ?? 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Plant Operations ?? Minimum 5 years leading Manufacturing Excellence/Lean/TPM initiatives in large manufacturing environments ?? B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline (MBA preferred)
