We are Currently leading a Strategic Search for the CHRO /Vice President – Corporate HR based at the Corporate Office at Mumbai with an Organisation in the Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Pharma Sector. The Role Would Partner Closely With the CEO & Board to build a High-Performance, Future-Ready Organisation. Key Focus Areas: Organisation Transformation & Culture Building Leadership Development & Succession Planning Industrial Relations across Manufacturing Setups Talent Strategy Aligned with Business Growth Digital & Data-Driven HR Organisation Effectiveness & Capability Building Ideal Profile: Proven Experience as VP – Corporate HR / Senior HR Head / CHRO Strong Experience in Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Pharma Experience in Multi-location Manufacturing & IR environments Strong leadership, Team-Building & People-Development Capability Ability to influence & Operate Effectively at CXO / Board level Qualification & Experience PGDM / MBA from a Premier institute Preferred with about 20–25 years of Overall Experience in any Progressive , System Driven Manufacturing Organisation At Ranish Global Capability Centre, We believe leadership hiring is about identifying leaders Who Build Organisations, not just Manage Functions.
