Job Description : Financial Controller / Finance Head – Hospitality (Luxury Hotel) - Ghana (West Africa)???? We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Finance Professional to join a leading luxury hotel operation. Key Requirements: ? Qualified CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent Finance qualification ? 8–15+ years of hotel finance experience ? Strong exposure to USALI Reporting Standards ? Hands-on experience with OPERA, MICROS/Simphony, inventory and accounting systems ? Ability to independently complete month-end closing within 10 days ? Experience in pre-opening hotel finance setup will be highly preferred ? Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, internal controls, statutory compliance, and owner reporting ? Capable of preparing Board & Owner reporting packs and driving financial performance Responsibilities: • Manage complete finance and accounting operations • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities • Prepare financial statements and management reports • Ensure compliance with hotel finance standards and internal controls • Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives • Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning ????
