Job Description : Security Manager ZIMBABWE Large Manufacturing FMCG Group – Bulawayo Based. A leading organisation is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Security Manager to take responsibility for the organisation’s security, loss-control, and risk-management environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on security professional and strategic thinker who can assess existing security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and modernise security controls across all company premises. We are particularly interested in candidates who understand that modern security goes far beyond guards, gates, and CCTV cameras. The successful candidate must be capable of reviewing the organisation's entire security architecture and recommending smarter, technology-driven and cost-effective solutions, including the appropriate use of AI, intelligent CCTV, access-control technology, monitoring systems and data-driven security management. This is a position for someone who can challenge outdated security practices, identify weaknesses, and build a modern, proactive security environment. Requirements: Sub-Saharan location experience 4-5* International hotel brand experience At least 2-years in a Hotel General Manager position Travelling single status/ or with spouse only Pre-opening &/ or rebranding experience beneficial Fluency in English both written & verbal About: Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand standards, and growth objectives. Operational Excellence: Manage daily hotel functions including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest service delivering seamless & superior guest experiences. Financial Management: Develop & control budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize revenue streams, & ensure cost efficiency.
