What you'll do: Lead site-wide facilities transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence across hard and soft services. Manage facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations. Oversee capital projects, asset management, and preventive maintenance programmes to support business continuity. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and asset management requirements. Collaborate with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver facility and sustainability initiatives. Drive energy efficiency and sustainability programmes aligned with the company's environmental goals. Monitor facilities performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices. Manage service providers, budgets, and contracts to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery. Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for site facilities. Provide strategic input on infrastructure planning and long-term asset investment. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Over 15 years of experience in facilities management, utilities, and service provider management within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of people management experience. Strong knowledge of facilities operations, preventive maintenance, asset management, and utilities systems. Experience managing CAPEX projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Good understanding of regulatory, safety, environmental, and asset compliance requirements. Experience leading sustainability or energy efficiency projects is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
