Job Description : TECHNICAL HEAD – DISTILLERY NIGERIA We are looking for a dynamic technical professional who can drive plant maintenance, production efficiency, equipment reliability, utilities management and power generation, while ensuring optimum utilization of plant assets. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Overall technical leadership for distillery and associated manufacturing operations • Ensure maximum plant availability, production efficiency and equipment reliability • Planning and execution of preventive & breakdown maintenance • Effective maintenance and management of utilities and critical equipment • Power plant operation, maintenance and maximum power generation & 100% utilization • Monitoring and optimization of DG Sets and power systems • Equipment selection, troubleshooting, performance improvement and lifecycle management • Identification and implementation of new technologies and modern maintenance practices • Reduce equipment downtime, maintenance cost and energy consumption • Coordination with Plant Heads, Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Projects teams • Technical support for plant expansion, modification and new projects ???? REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPOSURE The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge and experience in: ? Grain-based Ethanol Distillery Operations ? Molasses-based Distillery Operations ? Distillery plant maintenance & production efficiency ? Power Plant operations and maintenance ? Utilities management ? DG Set operation & monitoring ? Boilers, turbines and associated equipment ? Mechanical equipment and process machinery ? Plant shutdown & preventive maintenance planning ? TB-19 Tetra Line maintenance & operations ? IMFL Line maintenance & technical operations ? Modern technology, automation and energy-efficiency initiatives ???? EDUCATION B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution. Delhi Head Office The position will have technical oversight of the Group's distillery and power plant operations.
