Job Description : Operations Manager Location - Dubai. We need an Operations Manager for a fast growing fashion retail business in Dubai. You will manage daily operations for the current showrooms and lead the rollout of exciting new store openings. Join the team and help shape the future of retail. What You Will Do. Manage daily operations across the existing fashion showrooms in Dubai. Drive sales performance, customer service standards, and operational efficiency. Lead planning and execution for new store openings. Manage store teams, inventory flow, and visual merchandising standards. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager in fashion retail with about 8 to 12 years experience. Strong track record of managing multiple retail store locations. Experience with new store launches and retail expansions. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should be currently working in Dubai.
