Factory Manager

Job Description : Factory Manager Company: Interior Company by Square Yards UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time | On-site ???? We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality, productivity, cost control, safety, and ensuring timely completion of production targets. ????? Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end factory operations and daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. - Plan and monitor production schedules, targets, manpower, and machine utilization to meet project and business requirements. - Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and factory workforce, including performance, attendance, training, and resource allocation. - Ensure quality standards, productivity, and efficiency, while minimizing defects, rework, bottlenecks, and production wastage. - Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for seamless production and delivery. - Monitor raw materials, inventory, machinery, production costs, and resource utilization to optimize operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational procedures. - Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions while preparing regular production and performance reports for management. - Ensure timely dispatch of finished products in line with project schedules and delivery requirements. ???? What We’re Looking For: • 10 years of proven experience in Factory, Production, and Operations Management experience in Interior fit-out or construction industry • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field. • Strong experience in production planning, team management, quality control, and cost optimization. • UAE manufacturing/factory experience from Architectural/Interior Designing industry is preferred.
