Job Description : SEA FINANCE DIRECTOR OUT OF MALAYSIA A leading multinational organisation with a robust regional presence is seeking a SEA Finance Director to join them. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for you to shape financial strategy across multiple markets, partnering closely with commercial and operational teams to drive business growth and performance. What you'll do: · Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support business growth. · Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to drive profitability, improve business performance, and support strategic initiatives. · Oversee financial governance, cost management, and operational performance across multiple markets. · Deliver timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enable informed decision-making. · Champion finance transformation through process optimisation, systems enhancement, and continuous improvement. · Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. What you'll bring · Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a recognised professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). · Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering within a regional or multinational environment. · Strong understanding of financial reporting, governance, and internal controls. · Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing teams. · Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation will be an added advantage.
