This role requires a high-caliber executive with deep expertise in manufacturing excellence, operational scaling, and process rigor. The ideal candidate will combine heavy-duty operational leadership with strategic business acumen—ideally bringing experience in full P&L management and M&A execution to drive organizational scale and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities - Operational & Manufacturing Leadership: Oversee and optimize multi-plant manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, yield, and operational efficiency. - Process Excellence & Business Scaling: Implement robust processes, Lean/Six Sigma frameworks, and operational systems to seamlessly scale manufacturing capacity and organizational capacity. - P&L & Commercial Management: Drive bottom-line performance, cost optimization, capital allocation, and working capital efficiency in alignment with enterprise growth targets. - M&A & Strategic Expansion: Evaluate, integrate, and scale operational capabilities stemming from inorganic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions. - Executive & Organizational Leadership: Build resilient leadership pipelines across plants, champion high-performance cultural standards, and foster seamless cross-functional alignment
