Job Description : CEO INDIA The business has a strong manufacturing foundation, established relationships with leading OEMs and a diversified presence across automotive, farm equipment and industrial engine applications. With a strong revenue base, the mandate is to lead the business through its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for: • Leading the overall P&L and business strategy • Deepening existing OEM relationships and driving customer growth • Building a meaningful export franchise • Driving operational and organisational transformation • Identifying and executing inorganic growth opportunities • Building a strong, professionally managed leadership team Critical Eligibility Criteria The client has a strict evaluation criterion and will consider only candidates who meet the following: • Currently a CEO / COO / equivalent business leader • Current CTC of ?1.5 Cr+ • Currently managing a business / operations of ?1,000 Cr+ • Strong plant-level / manufacturing experience is a must, with a demonstrated progression from hands-on plant / operations leadership into a larger P&L leadership role • Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, auto components, foundry, castings or adjacent sectors • Strong techno-commercial orientation with experience managing large OEM relationships • Willingness to relocate to Belagavi with family The ideal leader will combine deep manufacturing and operational grounding with commercial and P&L leadership, and have the maturity to lead the transition from a promoter-led to a professionally managed organisation.
