Requirements: ?? 20+ years of proven experience in the retail industry(Hypermarket) ?? Strong GCC retail experience is mandatory ?? Proven leadership in Operations, Buying, Marketing, and E-commerce Key Responsibilities: *Lead end-to-end retail operations with full P&L ownership *Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence *Develop and execute strategic buying and vendor management initiatives *Oversee central warehouse and inventory operations *Implement and optimize retail management systems *Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards *Collaborate closely with Marketing and E-commerce teams *Lead, mentor, and inspire a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees
