Vice President – Operations

Job Description : Vice President – Operations POLAND/ROMANIA Open to International candidates experienced Vice President – Operations to lead manufacturing across our three plants This leadership role will oversee operations for our Automotive Filters, Brake Linings and Brake Pads business, leading a team of approximately 300 professionals. The role will be responsible for driving Production, PPC, Purchase & Vendor Development, Maintenance, Stores & Logistics, Quality, Productivity, OEE, Cost Optimisation and People Development, while building a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across all manufacturing facilities. We’re looking for a leader with: ? 18–22 years of automotive component manufacturing experience ? Strong multi-plant operations leadership ? Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 ? A proven track record of improving Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity and OEE We’re looking for more than someone who can run plants; we’re looking for a hands-on leader who can transform operations, develop people, strengthen systems and build a high-performance manufacturing culture.
