Job Description : Vice President – Operations | Facility Management Services UAE Are you a seasoned Facility Management leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead premium residential and commercial facility operations. Function: Facility Management / Estate Operations / Customer Services Reporting To: CEO / COO / Business Head Candidate Profile ? 25+ years of relevant experience in Facility Operations, Integrated Facility Management, Housekeeping Operations, Hotel Operations, Airport Operations, Large Campus Management, or Premium Residential/Commercial Estate Management. ? Strong expertise in managing large-scale housekeeping operations. ? Experience managing 1+ million sq. ft., with 2+ million sq. ft. preferred. ? Proven leadership in handling large teams, multiple vendors, customer experience, and complex operational environments. ? Candidates from luxury hotels, airports, hospitals, malls, commercial parks, integrated townships, and institutional campuses will be preferred. Qualifications ???? Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ???? MBA/Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. ???? Certifications in Facility Management, Safety, Fire Systems, Quality Management, Sustainability, or Project Management are preferred.
