Job Description : Head of Project Development – Power Generation @ Dubai Azizi Energy is seeking an experienced Head of Project Development to lead utility-scale power projects across development, FEED, business case, approvals, and execution handover. Requirements: • 15+ years of experience in Power Generation, Energy, EPC • 7+ years in Project Development, FEED, Owner’s Engineering, or senior project roles • Strong experience in thermal/renewable power, EPC, project development, and investment approvals • Asset-relocation experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in engineering • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
