Job Description : General Manager – Retail ???? Location: Qatar ???? Requirements: ? 20+ years of experience in Retail Management with mandatory GCC retail experience. ? Proven expertise in Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, and E-commerce. ? Strong experience in driving P&L performance, sales growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence. ? Hands-on experience in vendor management, warehouse operations, retail management systems, and SOP implementation. ? Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams (approximately 1,000 employees). ???? What You'll Do: ???? Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple business functions. ???? Drive business growth through strategic buying and operational excellence. ???? Oversee warehouse operations, vendor management, and retail systems. ???? Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to maximize sales performance. ???? Build, mentor, and lead high-performing retail teams.
