Experience: 20+ Years We are looking for an experienced #GeneralManager to lead the complete operations of a new beverage manufacturing company in Kinshasa, DRC. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end factory operations • Oversee Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Maintenance & Administration • Develop strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency • Drive budgets, production plans, KPIs and operational schedules • Ensure safety, statutory compliance and quality standards • Lead recruitment, workforce development and performance management • Manage machinery maintenance and minimize operational downtime • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders ???? MUST-HAVES ? 20+ years of experience in Beverage Manufacturing & Factory Management ? Strong knowledge of enterprise-wide operations and production processes ? Experience in Water / CSD / Dairy / Beverage Manufacturing ? Strong leadership and people-management capabilities ? Proven operational problem-solving and decision-making skills ? Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles ? Africa market experience is preferred ? French / Swahili language skills will be an added advantage ?
