Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD NIGERIA An well established Pharmaceutical OSD Manufacturing Plant in Nigeria is looking for an exceptional Head – Engineering who is ready to build, lead and transform an entire engineering function. This is not just another maintenance role. We're looking for a leader who can create a world-class engineering team and ensure uninterrupted plant operations. ???? What You'll Lead ? Complete OSD Plant Engineering Operations ? HVAC & Cleanroom Systems ? Water Utility Systems (PW/WFI where applicable) ? Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance ? Production Equipment Reliability & Plant Uptime ? Utility Management & Engineering Compliance ? Team Development – Mentor junior engineers into future leaders ? cGMP, WHO-GMP & Regulatory Audit Readiness ???? Ideal Candidate ? 16+ years of pharmaceutical engineering experience ? Strong expertise in OSD manufacturing facilities ? Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, utilities, plant maintenance & engineering systems ? Proven leadership in managing complete engineering operations ? Ready for a minimum 3-year international commitment ????
