OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR | MOROCCO ISG International Service Group Morocco ???????? is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Director for one of our clients, a leading company operating in the industrial sector in Morocco. We are looking for a strong operational leader capable of managing complex industrial operations, improving performance, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company’s growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee day-to-day industrial operations • Drive operational performance, productivity, quality and cost optimization • Define and monitor operational KPIs and improvement plans • Optimize processes, workflows and resource allocation • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards • Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams • Work closely with General Management and other departments on strategic priorities • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives • Support transformation, scalability and business growth Profile We Are Looking For: • Significant senior-level experience in industrial operations / manufacturing (+15 years) • Proven experience in an Operations Director, Plant Director, Industrial Director or similar leadership position • Strong people leadership and team management capabilities • Solid understanding of operational performance, productivity, quality and cost management • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Results-driven, hands-on and comfortable operating in demanding environments • Experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ????
