Job Description : Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) | Dubai, UAE A diversified international group is seeking an accomplished Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) to provide enterprise-wide operational leadership across multiple business units and geographies. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this executive will drive operational discipline, performance transformation, integration, and scalable growth across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead operational strategy across multiple business units and markets. • Establish group-wide performance standards, KPIs, and operating models. • Drive operational transformation, productivity, and cost optimization. • Strengthen governance, accountability, and cross-business collaboration. • Oversee business continuity, operational risk, and organizational resilience. • Develop and mentor country, regional, and business-unit leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline. • 20+ years of progressive operational leadership experience. • Proven experience managing complex multi-business or multinational organizations. • Strong expertise in transformation, P&L management, governance, and performance improvement. • GCC or international group-level experience is highly preferred.
