Job Description : g Finance Leader | Dubai, UAE As our business continues to grow and expand across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, we are strengthening our management structure and preparing the organization for its next stage of growth. I am personally looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller who can lead, develop, and transform our Finance Department. This is not a role focused only on accounting transactions or routine reporting. I am looking for a finance professional who can bring financial discipline, strong internal controls, accurate management reporting, cash flow visibility, budgeting, forecasting, branch profitability analysis, and meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have: • 18+ years of progressive Finance experience • 3–5+ years in a Finance leadership role • ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred • Strong Retail, Fashion, FMCG, or inventory-intensive business experience • Multi-branch or multi-entity finance experience • Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital • Strong understanding of inventory accounting and financial controls • ERP and management reporting experience • The ability to lead and develop a Finance team I am particularly interested in professionals who have worked in structured, growing, multi-branch organizations and understand how Finance can become a strategic business partner to management.
