Job Description Lead end?to?end Quality & HSE strategy across manufacturing and project sites Implement, review, and continuously improve QMS, IMS, and quality KPIs Own customer and field quality issues, escalations, and root?cause resolution Drive quality and safety culture across projects, plants, and suppliers Interface with project management, manufacturing, procurement, and customers Oversee supplier quality, audits, inspections, and capability development Ensure on?time quality deliverables aligned with project and business goals Support leadership reviews with data?driven insights and improvement plans The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Head Role should have: 25+ years of experience across manufacturing quality and project/site quality Proven leadership in engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects Strong exposure to QMS/IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and quality KPIs Hands?on experience owning customer and field quality issues Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive a quality & safety culture Comfortable with frequent travel and multi?site project environment
