The Successful Applicant A successful CFO should have: A strong background in accounting and finance within the energy and natural resources sector. MUST have EXTENSIVE Oil and Gas sector experience. MUST hold a financial qualification, ideally Big 4. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
