Job Description : CEO to build and lead a leading Auto Group’s new-generation business, primarily: • Aerospace & Defence Systems • Thermal Management Solutions, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling for data centres Location- Gurgaon Ideal Profile: • 20+ years of experience in a global, technology-driven engineering/manufacturing organisation • Strong combination of engineering depth, business leadership and commercial acumen • Proven track record of building businesses from concept to scale • Experience in global business development and winning large OEM customers • Expertise in technology partnerships, JVs, acquisitions and strategic alliances • Strong exposure to programme management, localisation and design-to-cost • Ability to build high-performing leadership teams with clear P&L ownership The CEO will report directly to the Group leadership, with clear milestones around customer acquisition, technology capability, revenue growth, profitability and cash flow.
