Job Description : COO PLASTIC CARIBBEAN Reporting directly to the Board, this leader will take end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing, commercial operations, and strategic initiatives across the business. The mandate includes overseeing 3 manufacturing plants, driving sales & marketing performance, and leading key transformation projects to help scale the organization 3x over the next five years. This is a pivotal leadership role with a clear succession path to CEO and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's future IPO journey. We are looking to connect with CEOs, COOs, Business Heads, or P&L leaders from the flexible packaging, plastic extrusion, polymers, or related manufacturing sectors, currently managing businesses with revenues of USD 10 Million
