Job Description : ) GM FINANCE ZAMBIA General Manager, Finance & Accounts Job Location: Corporate Office, Zambia Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience: 20+ Years of Experience Job Overview: Oversees all Financial Management aspects in 02 large plantations which includes Financial Reporting on timely basis, maintaining Bank and other Credit Institution Relationships, Cash Management, Budget Preparation, Contract Review and Approval, maintain internal controls, Coordination of Annual Audit, Tax Returns, Governmental Information Returns, implementation and review of robust policies and processes. The incumbent will also drive the day-to-day functional delivery of ICT services and programs that reflect contemporary best practices for the Company's Strategic Operations and Business requirements. Mandatory Pre-requisites for the Position: The candidate must have prior experience in the Agricultural Plantation Industry Proposed compensation: USD 8,000 to 11,000 net per month (inclusive of all the benefits) The employee will be entitled to: Two round-trip economy-class air tickets per year to their native country, with leave of 15-18 days per visit One round-trip economy-class air ticket per year for eligible family members (spouse and children below 21 years of age)
