Position: Project Manager ???? Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering ? Experience: 18+ Years ???? GCC Experience: 10+ Years as Project Manager ? UAE Experience: Preferred ?????????????????? ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ?????????????????? ???? Manage the complete EPC project lifecycle from Engineering through Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Handover ???? Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, budgets & resource plans ???? Monitor project progress, milestones and contractual obligations ???? Manage cost control, forecasting, variations, claims & change orders ???? Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning activities ???? Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely project delivery ???? Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, UAE regulations & Oil & Gas requirements ???? Manage relationships with clients, consultants, vendors & regulatory authorities ???? Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans ???? Prepare project reports, KPIs, cost reports & recovery plans ?????????????????? ???? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ?????????????????? ? 18+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects ? 10+ years of Project Manager experience in GCC ? UAE experience will be given priority ? Experience in Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas, LNG, Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline or Energy projects ? Strong EPC project execution experience from inception to completion ? Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project ? Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, risk management, procurement & construction management ? Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, ISO & IEC standards ? Familiarity with ADNOC project requirements & procedures preferred ? PMP Certification preferred
