Job Description : ) PRODUCTION HEAD NIGERIA Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and achieve production targets ? Manage production teams, supervisors, and plant staff ? Ensure product quality and process efficiency ? Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives ? Optimize manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization ? Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies ? Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards ? Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Dispatch, Purchase, and Quality departments for seamless operations Preferred Candidate Profile: ? Minimum 18 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Management ? Experience in Block Fix, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Cement, Block Joining Mortar, or related building materials industry ? Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and preventive maintenance ? Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills ? Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant and dusty environment
