Requirements -Bachelor's degree in any discipline. -Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a factory leadership role. -Experience in beverage manufacturing is highly preferred. -Strong experience managing multilingual teams. -Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive operational performance improvements. -Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. -Hands-on experience with ERP and manufacturing software systems.
