MEP MANAGER

Job Description : MEP MANAGER – DUBAI, UAE Latinum HR Solutions is hiring for a real estate client a MEP Manager for a senior consultancy-side leadership role in Dubai. This opportunity is for highly experienced professional who can lead the complete MEP design lifecycle, from pre-concept and design development through tendering, authority approvals, construction coordination and final project handover. Qualifications & Experience ? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering ? Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably specialising in HVAC ? 20+ years of total industry experience ? Minimum 15 years of UAE/GCC experience ? At least five years in a senior management role within an engineering consultancy ? Proven delivery of high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, hospitality, villas, retail, healthcare and infrastructure projects ? Experience managing projects valued from AED 500 million to multi-billion-dirham developments Key Responsibilities ??Establish and lead the overall MEP design strategy from feasibility and pre-concept through detailed design ??Manage load calculations, system selection, equipment schedules, design reports, technical specifications and coordinated drawings ??Lead multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, structural, infrastructure, landscape, BIM and specialist consultants ??Ensure constructability, maintainability, sustainability and compliance with local and international standards ??Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise capital expenditure, lifecycle cost, energy consumption and operational efficiency ??Review tender drawings, BOQs, employer’s requirements, scopes of work and technical specifications ??Support tender evaluations, bidder clarifications, material reviews and contractor selection ??Monitor design progress, budgets, variations and technical, commercial and programme risks ??Manage senior client relationships, stakeholder coordination, design workshops and progress meetings ???? UAE Authority Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience managing submissions, NOCs and approvals involving: Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, DEWA, Civil Defence, RTA, district cooling authorities, telecommunications providers, and sewerage and drainage authorities. We are looking for a commercially aware MEP leader with strong technical judgement, client-management capability and the confidence to make critical decisions across complex, high-value developments.
