Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive security framework to protect company assets, personnel, and infrastructure. 2. Design and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment. 3. Monitor and investigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures. 5. Lead security awareness programs and training initiatives for employees on security best practices and potential threats. 6. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify vulnerabilities. 7. Ensure compliance with all applicable security-related laws, regulations, and standards. 8. Develop and maintain incident response and crisis management plans for timely and effective handling of security breaches.
