Facility Manager

Job Description : Facility Manager Mall / Shopping center experience is mandatory ????Location: Qatar Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day hard & soft FM operations. • Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, BMS and PPM. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors and service providers. • Manage KPIs, SLAs, budgets, assets and maintenance program. • Ensure HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance. • Manage client/stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, FM, Building Services or related field. • 10+ years of FM experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role. • Mandatory experience managing large shopping malls, shopping center or premium retail developments. • Strong knowledge of MEP, CAFM, asset management and commercial retail operations. • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. • FM/HSE certifications such as CFM, FMP, IWFM, NEBOSH or IOSH are an advantage.
