Proven professional experience within African markets ? 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience Key Responsibilities: ???? Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy ???? Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and long-term business planning ???? Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, audits and statutory compliance ???? Manage capital allocation, working capital, liquidity and cash flow ???? Lead fundraising through debt and equity financing ???? Manage relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions ???? Evaluate acquisitions, investments and divestments through due diligence and valuation ???? Strengthen internal controls, risk management and corporate governance ???? Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements ???? Drive cost optimization, profitability and operational efficiency ???? Build and lead a high-performing finance team
