Job Description : FACILITY MANAGER Immorose SARL is looking for an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to join our team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). ???? Location: Kinshasa ???? Department: Facility Management ???? Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ???? Experience: 8–12+ Years ???? Key Responsibilities The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of: • Employee Camps & Accommodation • Mess & Catering Operations • Housekeeping & Facility Services • Facility Repairs & Maintenance • Fleet & Transportation Management • Vendor & Contractor Management • Budgeting & Cost Control • Safety, Security & Compliance • Emergency & Crisis Management • Team Leadership & Performance Management ???? Candidate Profile ? Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Logistics, Engineering, or related field ? 8–12+ years of relevant experience ? Strong experience in camp, accommodation, transport and facility operations ? Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas, or large project environments preferred ? Strong vendor management and cost-control skills ? Experience working in remote and multicultural environments ? Fluency in both English and French is mandatory ????
