Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER – EPC (OIL & GAS) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 20–25 Years Reference: RECRT #385 ASTRA is seeking an experienced Project Manager – EPC (Oil & Gas) with a strong track record in the successful execution of complex EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing the complete project lifecycle, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Final Handover. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • PMP® certification – Mandatory • 20–25 years of relevant Oil & Gas EPC experience • Strong experience in Gas Processing, Compression Facilities and Produced Water Treatment packages is preferred • Proven experience in managing large-scale EPC projects • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • ADNOC approval/experience is preferred
